Things are hotting up at Trinity Leeds as our new street food vendors join the line-up at Trinity Kitchen. Shoppers can get a taste of the Caribbean, the USA, Thailand and South India as the new arrivals serve up tasty treats for the next eight weeks.

Chris and Jacob from What the Truck might be UK-based, but their dishes are entirely American-inspired. These guys are bringing all the classics from across the Atlantic to Yorkshire, such as Philly cheese steak sandwiches, loaded hotdogs and fries.
